I have been married 16 years with two boys. I have a grandson that we adore.
In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends. I love traveling, camping and going on some trail runs in my Jeep.

Recently decided to do female HRT at NWI Integrative Health & Wellness using pellets placed under the skin. The pellets are bio identical, balanced to each person’s individual need and the procedure to insert them was less than 10 minutes. Since doing this my night sweats have stopped, I’m sleeping better, deeper and I feel more rested. I rarely wake up and can’t go back to sleep which was a constant struggle for me. As for my libido - I can tell you that HRT has allowed me to regain that side of my life again!! After over 10 years...
