Recently decided to do female HRT at NWI Integrative Health & Wellness using pellets placed under the skin. The pellets are bio identical, balanced to each person’s individual need and the procedure to insert them was less than 10 minutes. Since doing this my night sweats have stopped, I’m sleeping better, deeper and I feel more rested. I rarely wake up and can’t go back to sleep which was a constant struggle for me.
