- Office visit fee: $75.00.
- Patients can use insurance outpatient for all labs, meds, and diagnostics.
- In-house lab available with lower fees compared to outpatient facilities.
- Supply super bills but do not file with any insurance.
- Telehealth visits available.
- Medications prescribed through patient’s pharmacy.
- Limited medications available on site at a discount.
- Available during office hours only.
- Patients may text provider directly.
